This wonderful mod will be lovely for my early gameplay and I will then deactivate it when Astarion's cuddles are unlocked. Since my Astarion always feeds on me, the bite nights scene would be the one playing every night, and I would never again experience those darling cuddles. 
I couldn't even begin to tell you how much I would miss them (heartbreaking).
